Key Responsibilities
• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a rehab/geriatric setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Adhere to all federal and state licensing requirements and facility policies.
Required Qualifications
• Valid Missouri Physical Therapy license.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent PT experience in a rehab or geriatric setting.
• Strong clinical skills and patient care-oriented approach.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
