Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients, supporting their recovery and independence.
• Assess patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document treatment progress and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing and safety standards.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to pass necessary background checks, including state and federal criminal records, sex offender registry, and professional verifications.
• Proof of immunizations such as MMR, Hep B, Tdap, and Flu or valid declinations.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a rehabilitation or outpatient setting preferred.
• Familiarity with Rehabilitation Optima platform is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
