Key Responsibilities

• Perform medical laboratory testing and analysis with accuracy and adherence to quality standards
• Follow established laboratory procedures for specimen processing, testing, and reporting results
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all laboratory activities
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards such as ASCP, AMT, or AAB
• Collaborate with laboratory team members to ensure timely and efficient workflow
• Work during designated holidays, including major holidays and a minor holiday, as required

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting within the specialty
• Certification from ASCP, AMT, or AAB
• Relevant licensure or registration as a Medical Laboratory Technologist or Scientist
• Ability to perform testing accurately under supervision
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a hospital or advanced clinical laboratory environment
• Familiarity with laboratory information systems and automation
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
