Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed occupational therapists in providing therapeutic services to patients.
- Implement treatment plans and activities designed to improve patients' functional abilities.
- Monitor and document patient progress throughout treatment sessions.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and health protocols.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of patient sessions and treatment updates.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver quality patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- CPR certification.
- Ability to pass a drug screen.
- Must complete and submit prescreening forms, licensure verification, and relevant background checks upon application.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) preferred.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience with COVID-19 testing protocols is beneficial.
