Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Days shift, in-office, clinical/administrative role
Key Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate daily clinical operations in collaboration with the Hospice Clinical Director.
- Ensure the timely delivery of patient care while maintaining quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Act as a clinical resource and mentor for hospice nursing staff.
- Serve as back-up for the Clinical Director as needed.
- Participate in occasional on-call duties to support patient needs.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Prior hospice experience.
- Clinical and administrative experience in a healthcare setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- No required RTO (request for RN with no RTO preferred).
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in hospice and clinical coordination roles.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
