Key Responsibilities
• Provide preoperative and postoperative care to patients in the operating room setting
• Assist surgical teams during various procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes during surgeries
• Maintain sterile environments and adhere to infection control protocols
• Document patient information, surgical procedures, and post-op care accurately
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Required Qualifications
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia
• Experience working in an operating room or perioperative setting
• Ability to handle call responsibilities and perform during extended hours
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Current BLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous OR nursing experience of at least 1-2 years
• Knowledge of surgical procedures and equipment
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
