Key Responsibilities
• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a clinical or facility setting.
• Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment.
• Adhere to all licensing, credentialing, and facility requirements.

Required Qualifications
• Valid state license as an Occupational Therapist.
• Current professional license verification.
• Ability to complete credentialing requirements, including criminal background checks and other screenings.
• Experience with SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) settings highly preferred.
• Experience with Rehab Optima system preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or similar environment.
• Familiarity with state and federal background check procedures.
• Knowledge of credentialing documentation and process.
