Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to ICU patients with a focus on neurological and IMCU cases.
- Monitor patient vitals and neurological status, ensuring prompt response to changes.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
- Document patient care and progress accurately in electronic medical records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license with Nursys verification.
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience, with strong neuro ICU expertise.
- Current certification in relevant nursing specialties.
- Up-to-date skills checklist and professional references.
- Must have a complete work history with no gaps exceeding 60 days.
- Demographic information and badge-appropriate photo uploaded in profile.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in neuro ICU or IMCU units.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills in neurological emergencies.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
