- Night shift, full-time, 13-week contract, on-site
Key Responsibilities
- Provide medical-surgical nursing care to patients in a hospital setting, including med-surg, pediatrics observation, and CDU units.
- Float as needed between units, including CDU, MedSurg, and Peds observation.
- Follow established protocols for patient safety and quality care, including adhering to staffing ratios.
- Administer medications and treatments following physician orders.
- Monitor patient conditions, document accurately, and communicate effectively with healthcare team.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant nursing experience.
- Telemetry skills required.
- Travel or float experience preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a hospital setting with diverse patient populations.
- Ability to adapt quickly to unit changes and float requirements.
