Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in a home health setting.
- Delegate tasks to PTA colleagues when appropriate.
- Complete all required documentation for regulatory compliance and reimbursement.
- Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) with provided laptop.
- Participate in care conference meetings and team collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Valid license as a Physical Therapist (PT) in Michigan or Wisconsin, depending on location.
- Basic proficiency in EMR systems and documentation.
- Strong assessment and treatment skills for diverse patient needs.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in home health therapy settings.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for home health documentation.
