Job Title
• Registered Nurse - ICU

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Night shift (3x12s), 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality critical care to patients across various ICU units, including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICUs, Medical ICUs, Cardiology/Diagnostics, CVICU, SICU, MICU, and NCCU.
• Float between units based on staffing needs and patient acuity, adhering to float policy requirements.
• Monitor and manage ventilators, administer medications, and perform IV starts.
• Ensure patient safety and compliance with care standards in a fast-paced critical care environment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical record system.
• Experience with IV starts, telemetry monitoring, and ventilator management.
• Ability to float to units of equivalent or lower acuity.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Travel nursing experience is highly preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
