Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate and treat patients in a home health setting.
• Delegate tasks to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) when appropriate.
• Complete all required documentation to meet regulatory and reimbursement standards.
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) system and laptop for documentation.
• Participate in care conference meetings.
Required Qualifications
• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist (PT), specifically in MI or WI depending on location.
• Experience with EMR systems and documentation procedures.
• Ability to work independently in a home health environment.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in a home health or outpatient setting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
