Key Responsibilities
- Room patients and perform initial assessments for OB/GYN patients
- Conduct Non-Stress Tests (NSTs), administer injections, and assist with OB/GYN procedures
- Document patient information accurately and complete necessary paperwork
- Provide hands-on patient care in an OB/GYN setting using established protocols
- Collaborate with providers to ensure quality patient care and safety
Required Qualifications
- Valid Wisconsin RN license
- Proven hands-on patient care experience in OB/GYN
- BLS certification
- Familiarity with EPIC electronic health record system
- Knowledge of OB/GYN clinical procedures and protocols
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in OB/GYN clinics or outpatient settings
- Ability to adapt to varying nurse-to-patient ratios depending on daily demand
- Strong communication and documentation skills
