Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Manage a productivity load of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily.
• Double-book follow-up visits as needed to meet productivity goals.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Float to other clinics within the region to ensure coverage and meet patient needs.
• Record and document patient progress accurately and timely.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or credential.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work dayshift hours.
• Willingness to serve as a first-time traveler or new graduate.
• Candidate local to the area (within 50 miles) preferred for local rate consideration.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient orthopedic experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to various clinical environments.
