Therapist - Audiologist

Location: Little Rock, AR

Schedule / Job Type: Days, Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral hearing assessments for patients of various age groups, primarily children.
• See approximately 8 patients per day for diagnostic evaluations.
• Utilize equipment such as GSI Audiostar Pro or Audiostar Pro 2, Maico EasyTymp or TouchTymp, and Macio EroScan for assessments.
• Collaborate with team members, including students and new hires, fostering a supportive environment.
• Adhere to scheduled shift hours (Monday-Friday, 7a-5p) and manage time off requests in accordance with management policies.
• Perform additional assessments such as ABRs, hearing aids, cochlear implants, as required.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of audiology experience, specifically in behavioral hearing assessments in children (BOA, VRA, CPA).
• Active AR or Compact license.
• Experience with audiometric equipment listed above.
• Ability to work with pediatric and adult patient populations.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• EPIC electronic health record experience.
• Flexibility for holiday scheduling (Christmas, New Year’s Eve, and Day shifts).
• Prior compliance with PALS, ACLS, and BLS certifications.
• Ability to pass fit test and nicotine test.
