Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed therapists in providing physical therapy treatments to patients.
• Support patient rehabilitation plans and document progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
• Follow established protocols and safety guidelines during therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment.
• Adhere to all facility policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license.
• Ability to provide proof of license and resume, which must be attached with application; incomplete submissions will be declined.
• Covid-19 test results from within 72 hours prior to start date, with results issued within 48 hours.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience preferred.
• New grads are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience with patient documentation and therapy aids.
