Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy services to patients in accordance with treatment plans.
- Assess and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy programs.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
- Maintain compliance with all licensing and credentialing requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license for South Carolina.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to pass background checks including criminal and sex offender searches.
- Resume and license verification documentation.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in outpatient or rehabilitation settings.
- Familiarity with Rehab Optima software.
- Prior experience with credentialing processes.
