Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy assistant services to patients under the supervision of an occupational therapist.
- Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
- Support patient activities to promote rehabilitation and functional independence.
Required Qualifications
- Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
- Valid state licensure or certification as required.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or rehab setting.
- Knowledge of current rehabilitation techniques and therapy equipment.
