Key Responsibilities

• Provide critical care nursing services to patients experiencing severe medical conditions such as heart attack, stroke, trauma, or respiratory distress.
• Assess patient conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress.
• Administer medications, intravenous fluids, and advanced life support as needed.
• Manage and operate medical equipment including ventilators and monitors, ensuring proper function.
• Assist physicians during procedures and respond promptly to life-threatening situations.
• Document vital signs and patient observations accurately, maintaining comprehensive medical records.
• Collaborate effectively with the critical care team and act as a patient advocate.
• Offer education and emotional support to patients and their families.

Required Qualifications

• Active Wyoming RN license or multi-state RN license
• Minimum of 2 years recent ICU experience in a hospital setting
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS/ENPC certifications (preferred but not required)
• Ability to float between facilities in Lander and Riverton as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience caring for pediatric or adolescent patients occasionally
• Knowledge of advanced ICU procedures and equipment operation
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
