Key Responsibilities
• Provide occupational therapy services to patients recovering from illness or injury at an inpatient rehabilitation hospital.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patient recovery and maximize functional independence.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with team members and family caregivers.
• Adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse patient needs, including stroke, traumatic brain injury, amputation, and other conditions.
• Participate in patient assessments and contribute to overall rehabilitation goals.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Occupational Therapist license or certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant therapy experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced inpatient rehabilitation setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to travel and work 13-week assignment during scheduled travel periods.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in inpatient rehabilitation facilities.
• Knowledge of specialty rehab programs for various injuries and illnesses.
• Ability to adapt treatment approaches to each patient’s unique needs.
