Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care and treatment to patients in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
• Monitor patient responses to therapy and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotation, including on-call responsibilities two nights per week.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments and therapies.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Respiratory Therapist license or certification in the state of practice.
• Proven experience in a clinical respiratory therapy setting.
• Strong knowledge of respiratory equipment and therapies.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and participate in rotation schedule.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a hospital or acute care environment.
• CPR and BLS certification.
• Experience working with diverse patient populations.
