Key Responsibilities

• Provide circulator and scrub nursing care in the operating room for surgical procedures.
• Participate in weekday call rotations and be available for call every third weekend, with self-scheduling capabilities.
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to protocols during surgeries.
• Assist with maintaining sterile environments and supporting surgical teams.
• Manage pre-operative and post-operative patient care as needed.
• Support low caseload periods with flexibility, including possible shift cancellations without penalty within each 13-week cycle.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license.
• OR circulating and scrub experience.
• Orthopedic and Gynecology surgical experience.
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts and participate in call rotations.
• Knowledge of OR procedures, sterile techniques, and patient safety protocols.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in orthopedic and gynecological surgeries.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to self-schedule and adapt to shift changes.
