Schedule / Job Type
• Night shift / 13-week contract

Key Responsibilities
• Perform clinical review of respiratory patient cases and initiate the auto-offer process, with managerial oversight for final offer approval after clinical review.
• Contact candidates post-offer to confirm details and provide further information.
• Deliver care during night shifts, providing respiratory therapy services to patients.
• Work approximately 36 to 48 hours per week, including coverage during two out of three winter holidays.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical protocols and safety standards.

Required Qualifications
• Valid VA respiratory care license; current or pending.
• Valid BLS certification.
• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) credential.
• Minimum of 4 years of respiratory therapy experience; candidates with 2+ years of experience will be considered.
• Ability to obtain a temporary license in Virginia and hold an active license from another state to qualify for temporary status.
• Open to candidates with ACCS certification (preferred).

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous night shift experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
