Key Responsibilities

• Assist during outpatient and inpatient orthopedic, neuro, and vascular surgical procedures.
• Prepare operating rooms with necessary instruments and supplies.
• Ensure sterile conditions and patient safety throughout surgical cases.
• Support surgical team with equipment and patient positioning.
• Follow protocols for trauma and complex cases when applicable.
• Document procedures accurately in the medical charting system.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant surgical tech experience, including outpatient and community hospital cases.
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) license preferred but not required.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to respond within 20 minutes for on-call shifts.
• Willingness to work weekend requirements.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with orthopedic, neuro, and vascular surgeries.
• Prior trauma case exposure preferred.
