Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy assessments and individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patient mobility and function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and family members on injury prevention and home exercise programs.
• Document patient care activities accurately and maintain comprehensive records.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and ensure treatment goals are met.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalities.
• Excellent communication and patient interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with specialty populations such as orthopedics or neurology.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
