Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive speech therapy services to patients across various age groups.
- Conduct assessments to determine communication and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and adjust therapy strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure integrated patient care.
- Comply with all state and federal regulations governing healthcare and therapy services.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in Massachusetts.
- Ability to pass background checks including criminal and sex offender searches.
- Up-to-date COVID-19 test results within 72 hours prior to start and clearance documentation.
- Degree from an accredited program in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Relevant clinical experience or recent graduate with appropriate clinical certification.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in skilled nursing facilities (SNF) preferred.
- Prior pediatric or adult outpatient therapy experience a plus.
- Bilingual skills or additional language fluency a bonus.
