Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care through evaluation and treatment in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Assist in patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy services at various supported sites, including outpatient clinics, satellite facilities, and hospital inpatient units.
• Participate in weekend and holiday inpatient rotation as needed.
• Focus primarily on outpatient physical therapy, with potential involvement in acute care and ER settings.
• Maintain documentation and coordinate care with healthcare teams.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in outpatient therapy preferred.
• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Pelvic Floor therapy experience is a significant plus but not required.
• Prior experience working in inpatient or acute care settings.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
