Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Adhere to all state and facility regulations and documentation requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Ability to complete and submit prescreening, resume, and license verification documentation.
- Covid-19 test results within 72 hours prior to start date, with results issued within 48 hours of start.
- Willingness to work dayshift schedule.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) preferred.
- Recent clinical or outpatient experience is a plus.
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
