Key Responsibilities

• Assess and develop treatment plans for patients requiring physical therapy.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional outcomes.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain compliance with all licensing, licensing verification, and credentialing protocols.
• Ensure timely submission of all pre-employment documentation, including resume, license verification, references, and background checks.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license for Physical Therapy in Massachusetts.
• Ability to pass required credentialing checks and background investigations.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Recent graduate candidates are welcome to apply.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience highly preferred.
• Familiarity with credentialing and background screening processes.
• Experience working with diverse patient populations.
