Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility.
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for communication and swallowing disorders.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure patient progress and goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient sessions and progress.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing and facility requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Recent graduation is acceptable.
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary certifications and clearances.
• COVID-19 testing completed within 72 hours prior to start, with results issued within 48 hours.
• Prescreen completed and attached with application.
• Resume and license verification documentation attached.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred.
• Experience working with adult and geriatric populations.
