Key Responsibilities
- Provide infusion therapies for oncology patients receiving chemotherapy and supportive care.
- Administer non-chemotherapy infusions for autoimmune diseases, iron replacement, and blood products.
- Collaborate closely with oncology providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Utilize acuity scale for staffing and prioritize patient needs accordingly.
- Operate within a 14-chair Infusion Center with an adjacent Fast Track area including 3 chairs.
- Adhere to organizational performance expectations, with potential contract termination for non-performance.
Required Qualifications
- ONS/ANCC Certification is REQUIRED.
- BLS certification is REQUIRED.
- ACLS certification is REQUIRED.
- Active Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nebraska.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in infusion or Oncology nursing preferred.
- Familiarity with acuity-based staffing models.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
