Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to patients with various physical, developmental, or emotional needs.
• Monitor and document client progress and communicate updates to the therapy team.
• Support patients in activities of daily living to improve their functional independence.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license or certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Basic knowledge of therapeutic procedures and protocols.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
