• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and facility policies.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as an Occupational Therapist.
• CPR certification.
• Willingness to undergo credentialing requirements, including license verification and background checks.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience preferred.
• Recent graduate candidates are encouraged to apply.
• COVID-19 vaccination with testing compliant with facility policies.
