Key Responsibilities
• Assist licensed PTs in implementing treatment plans for patients.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Support patient education and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Prepare treatment areas and gather necessary equipment for therapy sessions.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license/certification in the state of Massachusetts.
• Prior experience in a therapy or healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with documentation and electronic health records.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience working with a diverse patient population.
• Knowledge of current therapy practices and protocols.
