Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, evening shift, 4x10s (12:00 PM – 8:30 PM) with possible fluctuation due to staffing needs; includes every other Sunday
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and analyze clinical laboratory tests following established procedures
- Ensure compliance with CLIA 88 personnel requirements for testing personnel
- Maintain accurate documentation of testing procedures and results
- Assist in laboratory quality control and assurance activities
- Support team in daily laboratory operations and troubleshooting as needed
Required Qualifications
- Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) by a recognized certifying agency or eligibility for registry as an MLT
- Ability to meet all personnel requirements under CLIA 88 for testing personnel
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety and compliance standards
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a clinical laboratory setting
- Familiarity with laboratory instruments and testing protocols
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
