Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in accordance with treatment plans
- Assess patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized therapy programs
- Document patient progress and communicate findings to the care team
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Support patient recovery and enhance independence through targeted interventions
Required Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Proven experience in providing occupational therapy services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting
- Bilingual skills are a plus
