Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients in a clinical setting.
• Complete documentation directly with ATI, ensuring all required paperwork is finalized prior to start.
• Adhere to all licensing and credentialing requirements, including active licensure and credentialing processed during interviews.
• Follow facility policies on dress code, parking, and distribution of equipment.
• Maintain accurate billing and documentation per facility standards and billing cycles.

Required Qualifications:

• Active physical therapy license in the state of Washington.
• Experience in setting, with familiarity in outpatient therapy practices.
• Ability to complete necessary documentation for ATI prior to assignment start.
• Compliance with credentialing requirements and ability to start with a compact license but must obtain permanent license immediately.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous outpatient physical therapy experience preferred.
• Familiarity with credentialing processes and documentation requirements.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
