Key Responsibilities

• Complete documentation in coordination with ATI prior to clearance.
• Quickly start with a compact schedule, with immediate goal of obtaining permanent license.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Ensure all credentialing requirements are met for contract assignment.
• Maintain active licensure and equipment readiness during interviews.

Required Qualifications

• Active state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in setting up and managing therapy documentation.
• Ability to meet credentialing and contract requirements.
• Willingness to work day shifts.
• Reliable transportation and ability to attend on the first day.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a hospital, outpatient, or rehab setting.
• Familiarity with ATI protocols and documentation processes.
