Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with physician’s orders and treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments to determine patient needs and develop appropriate care plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare team.
• Adhere to all licensing, safety, and confidentiality requirements.
• Ensure equipment and treatment areas are maintained in a clean and safe condition.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver comprehensive patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid and active Physical Therapist license.
• Experience in setting up and administer treatments.
• Strong communication and patient interaction skills.
• Proficiency in documenting patient care and progress.
• Equipment will be provided during interview.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Knowledge of current therapy techniques and standards.
