Key Responsibilities:

• Provide bedside care to diverse patient populations including spinal, neuro, trauma, surgical, and acute cases such as gunshot wounds and paralysis.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document care accurately in accordance with hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and hospital policies, including EPIC electronic health record documentation.
• Assist with patient education and discharge planning to promote recovery and well-being.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Nursys License Verification.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a medical-surgical specialty.
• Certification Card relevant to nursing practice.
• Strong skills in patient assessment, documentation, and care coordination.
• Ability to work night shifts and adhere to schedule requirements.
• No gaps in work history exceeding 60 days; comprehensive work history/resume required.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience caring for complex trauma and neuro-surgical patients.
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic health record system.
• Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
