Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to individuals in a Medical Surgical unit.
- Monitor patient health status and document medical information accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and hospital policies.
- Adapt to inpatient needs during night shift hours.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of Tennessee or applicable state licensing.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Medical Surgical nursing experience.
- Ability to work overnight, evening, or night shift hours.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred.
- Knowledge of hospital electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
