Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in providing rehabilitative care to patients.
- Support patients through therapeutic exercises and treatments.
- Document patient progress and report to supervising therapists.
- Participate in establishing and supporting the rehab team.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and efficient therapy environment.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification in Illinois.
- Experience working in an intermediate care or skilled nursing setting preferred.
- Good communication and patient care skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in IL/AL and intermediate care communities.
- Familiarity with rehab team dynamics.
- Strong organizational skills.
