Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting.
- Float to different units as needed, including working with dementia patient populations.
- Adhere to facility protocols and ensure high-quality resident care.
- Work every other weekend, following scheduled shifts.
- Maintain documentation and complete all required documentation accurately.
- Follow all facility policies, including safety and infection control procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN / LPN license.
- BLS certification through AHA.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in long-term care or skilled nursing environments.
- Prior travel nursing experience preferred.
- Ability to float to different units as needed.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with dementia patients.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
