Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing patient treatment plans.
• Provide rehabilitation services and support patient recovery processes.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Ensure adherence to safety and health regulations during therapy sessions.
• Support administrative tasks related to patient care as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license or certification.
• Successful completion of an accredited PTA program.
• Proven knowledge of therapy procedures and patient care standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a outpatient or clinical setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to individual patient needs.
