Registered Nurse - LTC/SNF
Location: Berlin, VT
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, night shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting.
• Float to various units as needed, including dementia units, ensuring comprehensive patient support.
• Assist with holiday coverage, working two out of four designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, New Year's Day).
• Comply with facility policies, including documentation and electronic medical records (EMR) requirements.
• Maintain safety standards, including proper use of personal protective equipment and infection control protocols.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid RN license on file at time of hire.
• BLS certification through AHA.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• Prior travel experience preferred.
• Experience working in LTC or SNF environments required.
• Willingness to float between units as needed.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Comfort working with dementia patients.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
