Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Location
• Marshall, TX

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, night shift, 13-week travel assignment

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to ED, trauma, medical, critical care, and pediatric patients.
• Perform assessments, develop care plans, and administer treatments according to established protocols.
• Monitor patient responses to medications and interventions, documenting all care provided.
• Address the emotional, psychological, and social needs of patients and their families.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members and float to other ED departments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and nursing best practices.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (preferred).
• Current RN license in Texas or compact state.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an emergency or related specialty.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications.
• Moderate sedation competency, Epic experience, and triage skills are highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with emergency department protocols and procedures.
• Familiarity with Epic electronic medical record system.
• Strong triage and patient assessment skills.
• Comfort with pediatric, trauma, and critical care cases.
