Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy programs.
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare team.
- Maintain compliance with facility and health department regulations.
- Ensure all documentation, including prescreens, resumes, and license verification, is completed and attached prior to submission.
Required Qualifications
- Valid occupational therapy license.
- New grads are considered.
- COVID-19 test results within 72 hours prior to start date, with results issued within 48 hours.
- Prescreen, resume, and license verification must be completed and attached with submission.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior SNF experience is preferred.
