Key Responsibilities

• Provide rapid response care in a busy main operating room setting.
• Assist with a variety of procedures including total joints, spine, transplants (kidney/liver), robotics, vascular, ENT, and plastics.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care within a large facility.
• Adhere to unit policies, guidelines, and safety protocols to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation using the Meditech EMR system.
• Support the hospital’s mission to provide innovative surgical solutions with state-of-the-art equipment and technology.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license.
• Minimum of 3+ years of OR experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Experience in a large, high-volume operating room environment.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, including nights and weekends.
• Candidates without these qualifications will not be considered.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with complex surgeries such as transplants, robotics, or vascular procedures.
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR system.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
