Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to clients, assessing their needs and developing personalized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to improve clients’ daily living skills and functional independence.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate client care and ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate clients and their families about therapy techniques and progress.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state-specific Occupational Therapist license or license eligibility.
• Certified in CPR/BLS.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Knowledge of pediatric or adult therapy protocols, depending on client population.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
