• Nights, Temporary/Travel - 13 weeks
Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Neuro Trauma Progressive Care Unit.
• Monitor patients using bedside monitors and advanced equipment, including high flow oxygen and Vents.
• Perform procedures such as managing chest tubes and EEGs.
• Document care in the EMR system and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to hospital policies and protocols.
Required Qualifications
• Valid RN license.
• ACLS and BLS certifications.
• At least 2 years of nursing experience.
• Experience in telemetry and step-down units.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Neuro ICU or Trauma experience.
• Experience with complex procedures such as subdural drains.
• Knowledge of Meditech EMR system.
• Strong team-oriented personality.
